These terms and conditions apply strictly to all sales of products made through the wemodules.com website, which includes the functionality of an online store. Any order placed on this online store necessarily implies as an essential, determining, and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the buyer (the Customer) of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the day the order is placed. Additionally, the Customer acknowledges that acceptance of these terms implies their application to the order they refer to, as well as to any subsequent order, except in cases where new terms are brought to their attention by the wemodules.com online store.

The fact that the wemodules.com online store does not resort at a given time to any of these terms cannot be interpreted or equated as a waiver of resorting to them in the future or in the past. The interpretation and execution of the terms, as well as all acts resulting from them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are contrary public order provisions.

Prices

The prices published in the wemodules.com online store are in Euros and are valid unless there is a typographical error. All prices include the applicable VAT on the day of the order; any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale in the wemodules.com online store.

The wemodules.com website is not committed to respecting prices published on any website other than its own, nor when these websites have been used to promote any wemodules.com product. Discount vouchers will have special terms and conditions for their use. Please, if you have a coupon or discount voucher, check its specifications before using it. To receive an invoice, the Customer must complete their billing information, enabled for this purpose on wemodules.com. Any correction and/or modification of an invoice must be requested from the Customer Service Department, preferably by opening a support ticket from the client area of prestaimport.com, using the same account used to place the corresponding order.

Payment Methods

When placing an order, the Customer can freely choose to pay for their purchases in the wemodules.com online store through:

  • Bank transfer.
  • PayPal.
  • Online payment with a card through the secure Redsys virtual POS.

wemodules.com does not apply any direct surcharge to the order amount depending on the payment method.

Buyer Protection and Security

Buyer protection and security are closely linked to the payment method chosen for making the online purchase.

In the case of bank transfer, wemodules.com does not provide the means to make the payment, which is the responsibility of the Customer, who can do it either at the counter at their bank or through their online banking if available. In any case, they will have a limited time to cancel their transfer; they should consult with the entity from which they are making the transfer to know these conditions.

In the case of PayPal, wemodules.com transfers payment control to PayPal itself, and it is done online securely thanks to PayPal's control means. Additionally, it offers great protection to the buyer, allowing them to open a dispute with the seller in case of problems, so that PayPal can arbitrarily withhold the funds (the purchase amount) without delivering them to the seller, and resolving to make this delivery or refund them to the buyer depending on the final outcome of the dispute.

For online card payments, wemodules.com transfers payment control to Redsys, and the payment is made through a secure payment gateway thanks to the means Redsys provides for this purpose. If your card is used fraudulently to make a purchase on wemodules.com, contact your card provider to resolve such an incident.

Products

The products and services for sale on wemodules.com cannot be resold unless wemodules.com grants the Customer reseller status, and for products installable on a website, their use is authorized only on a single domain, in principle without the possibility of changing it once the product is registered, and in the same version for which they were purchased and licensed. We can provide access to online demos of certain products upon request by the Customer.

The products purchased are for the exclusive use of the person who makes the purchase on the wemodules.com website, with the exception of those who obtain reseller status from wemodules.com. To be able to use a product's warranty, support must always be requested from the account from which the product was purchased; wemodules.com reserves the right to attend to requests if they are not made through the user account from which it was contracted, and always within the stipulated period for such activity.

Installable products, such as modules or plugins for PrestaShop or other systems, can generally be modified and adapted to the image of the company that will use them, but as long as modifications are made by personnel not associated with wemodules.com, the product completely loses its warranty and the right to technical support. Products that come with specific usage conditions prohibiting code modification, as well as any reverse engineering activities, are entirely excluded from this possibility of modification. Such is the case with the PrestaImport product, an importer of products to PrestaShop.

When wemodules.com presents offers in its online store, they will be valid within the limit of available stocks and the dates established for that offer, and respecting the specific conditions that may be established for each offer.

The wemodules.com online store reserves the right to modify the product range based on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers. The photographs, graphics, and descriptions of the products for sale are only indicative and do not in any way bind the wemodules.com online store. Any module license will have a warranty for free support for 3 months and the possibility of downloading updates for one year; after this period, it is the customer's responsibility to keep their product stored, wemodules.com will not be responsible for the loss of information in this case.

In the case of downloadable products, work involving the creation or modification of files on the Customer's equipment, or similar situations, the Customer is responsible for keeping a backup copy of the downloadable product and files created or modified by wemodules.com on their equipment. Although wemodules.com strives to keep copies of all the work it does, it is not obligated to do so.

To process a warranty claim, wemodules.com requires that the product in question is updated to the latest version offered on its platform; otherwise, wemodules.com has the right to request its update, regardless of whether this entails an economic cost to the customer or even to apply the update directly if it will not impose any economic cost on the customer for doing so. For work carried out under a prior estimate, a 1-month warranty is provided from the delivery of the work; outside of this period, wemodules.com will not be responsible for reviewing or solving any problem, as it is understood as a sufficient period to have tested the project, and if no problem has been reported, it is understood that the customer accepts and confirms that the service provided has been satisfactory. In no case are reports on the development provided, but lists of files created or modified to implement the budgeted functionalities can be included.

Shipping

Products purchased through wemodules.com will be sent to the registration email upon payment confirmation. Purchase invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during registration on the wemodules.com online store, and they can also be viewed from the client area on wemodules.com. An order is considered delivered at the moment the user downloads the product and/or completes the data related to their license.

User Registration

To browse the store and add products to the cart, it is not necessary to be registered as a user on wemodules.com, however, to make a purchase, it will be necessary for the Customer to register as a user. Personal data will be requested to generate the customer profile, and such data will be protected under the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data. Only individuals over 18 years of age can register. With your user account, you can make purchases and benefit from the discounts, promotions, and gifts we offer to our customers. Each Customer can view their order history and details, shipping addresses, payment methods, etc., from their client area on wemodules.com.

The user who enters the data is solely and ultimately responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the service and any modifications they may make until its completion.

Purchase Process

Add all the products you want to your cart, then to make the purchase, within your cart summary, click on "Place order." Fill in your Customer details, or log in if you are already a registered user on our platform. Accept the terms and conditions of use, and click "Confirm the order." Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, your purchased products or services will be automatically enabled, except for payment by transfer, in which case one of our operators will need to verify the payment and approve the order. In the case of products with a usage license, you will need the corresponding license number to use the product once installed. Please contact us if your license number does not appear in the client area along with your product information on wemodules.com.

Order Cancellation

We can only proceed with the cancellation of an order if the Customer communicates their wish in this regard, and we receive such notice before any action has been taken as a result of the order placed; this includes any active participation by one of our operators, as well as actions by the customer, such as downloading the product, activating the product or service, or the simple generation of a license key, which in many cases is automatic. In the case of communication by email, ticket, or any other deferred communication system, we do not consider the notice received until it is read by one of our operators.

If the cancellation of an order is justified, we will proceed with the refund of the amount to the Customer and the complete cancellation of the order.

Product Returns

As a general rule, returns of products are not accepted, as they are software, and not a tangible product, for which a return period does exist. Therefore, once a product or service is sold on wemodules.com, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances, except for a cause attributable to wemodules.com; in that case, we will investigate the origin of the problem to try to resolve it as soon as possible, as long as it is within warranty.

If the Customer believes they are entitled to a refund of their order, they should contact wemodules.com and explain their reasons. If they are convincing and irrefutable, wemodules.com may proceed with the refund, which implies the complete cancellation of the order and the refund of its amount.

Product Issues or Problems

The products available in the wemodules.com online store have been tested in the versions indicated in each product's description, and it has been confirmed that they work correctly, but it may happen that upon installation, incompatibilities with the environment where they are installed are discovered, either with the server's features, the peculiarities of the host system (if any, such as PrestaShop), collision with other products or modules, or malfunctioning of the Customer's system. In these cases, the product may not function as it should, so it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all functions of their website or the system where the product will be installed meet the requirements required by it. The Customer may request help from wemodules.com to determine the cause of the incorrect functioning of a purchased product, and wemodules.com will study the case, for which it may require specific information from the Customer, as well as access data to FTP or other services, and once studied, give its diagnosis and offer possible solutions, which may or may not involve a cost to the Customer.

If the problem does not concern or is not the responsibility of wemodules.com, it may require the Customer to pay the cost of the hours dedicated to studying their case. In any case, wemodules.com's commitment to review any problem the Customer may have is subject to being within the warranty period; otherwise, wemodules.com may refuse to study the problem.

The Customer is always responsible for making and maintaining backups of their data and files; wemodules.com is not responsible for data lost by the Customer when installing or updating one of its products, nor when making custom modifications for the Customer, who must always have a recent backup to restore in case of a fatal loss. However, as good practice, wemodules.com will strive to make backups of its work (not the customer's data) to be able to recover it in case of subsequent loss, but it is not obligated to do so.

wemodules.com will not be responsible for problems caused by third parties that affect its products or services.

However, wemodules.com reserves the right to indicate through which means you should communicate your request.

Additional Terms

The acceptance of these terms and conditions implicitly implies acceptance of our Legal Notice and Privacy Policy, both texts available on our wemodules.com website.
